What it takes to be credentialed

  1. WA UBI number
  2. L&I contractor registration or trade certificate
  3. Certificate of insurance, $1,000,000 general liability
  4. The Joseph Group named as additional insured
  5. W-9
  6. Bond, only if your trade requires one
  7. EPA RRP firm certificate, only if you disturb paint

Questions vendors ask

What happens after I submit?
Blake on our maintenance team reviews it. If anything is missing we tell you exactly what. Once your paperwork clears we send the vendor agreement and ACH form for signature, then you are added to our dispatch list and our coordinators start calling.
How do I get paid?
Invoice The Joseph Group directly, by email, with the work order number on it. We run vendor payments twice a week, by ACH.
What kind of work is it?
Two kinds. Service work: work orders in occupied homes, dispatched by our coordinators. Project work: bid work and rental turns, run by Cedar One, our construction arm. Landscaping, flooring, tile, painting, cabinets, countertops, plumbing, electrical, HVAC and more. One application covers both.
