Traditionally, as a renter trying to buy a home - you’re faced with one of 2 less than ideal situations.  

  • Situation A You give notice to your landlord, or tell your landlord you’re not going to renew your lease, and then feel rushed and pressured to find a home before your lease ends - that may not be the ideal home you actually wanted - but you feel pressured so that you can close in just the right time frame so you can avoid both a house and a rent payment.
  • Situation B You give notice to your landlord, but then can’t find a house and close on time, and then you or your family is left homeless, sometimes for days, weeks, or months, and you’re stuck with the prospect of paying ridiculous prices for short term housing or some other arrangement like staying with family or friends, or worse yet - having to do a double move.

Either Situation - A or B, it’s just not ideal.

Frankly, we knew these situations well, and empathized with the many renters we serve each month. In fact, so much so, we thought - there HAS to be a better way. 

And so we put on our thinking caps, and came up with it - Plan C - the most ideal option - and called it our Get out of Lease FREE Program. 

This program essentially lets you:

  • Start looking for a home to buy any time you’d like, whether you just renewed your lease, or you’re 1 month away from your lease ending
  • Shop in confidence knowing you can wait until just the right home that fits you and your needs becomes available, and close on a date and time that works for both you and the seller.
  • Allows you to essentially pick your move-out date, thus avoiding either paying for double payments, or being left homeless.
  • And the really great part is, almost always you do not pay any lease break fees, and your landlord is happy for themselves and happy for you.

Here’s how the program works:

Step 01

You start looking for homes for sale with one of our associates.

Step 02

Once you find just the right home for you, we help you negotiate the sale, and decide on the right time to close and buy the home.

Step 03

Once you’re through any contingency periods, you let your landlord know when you’re going to be moving out, and that any lease break fees will be covered by us.

Step 04

You close on your new home, move into it, and move out of your rental.
